SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Muscle Memory text messaging program for local parties and events in Detroit.
Program summary
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Muscle Memory about local parties, events, reminders, updates, and related announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-in and eligibility
You must provide a valid mobile number and be authorized to agree to receive messages at that number. Your consent applies only to the Muscle Memory SMS program and may be withdrawn at any time.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Reply HELP for help.
After opting out, you will no longer receive program messages unless you separately opt in again.
Delivery and carrier terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Standard message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our handling of information is described in the Muscle Memory Privacy Policy.
Program changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We may also block participation when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect the program, or comply with law.
Disclaimer and limitation
The program is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Memory is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the program. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
General terms
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These SMS terms supplement any other terms that may apply to a particular event.
